She holds a Doctorate in Audiology and is also a Speech-Language Pathologist, licensed to practice in both Brazil and the United States. Vanessa is an entrepreneur with expertise in the clinical management of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology centers.
With extensive professional experience, Vanessa Messias is committed to providing innovative, evidence-based, and up-to-date intervention approaches while supporting both families and healthcare professionals. Throughout her career, she has worked with children, adults, and seniors with a wide range of conditions and diagnoses involving hearing difficulties, learning challenges, communication disorders, social interaction, and language development.
Vanessa is deeply passionate about her profession and brings extensive expertise in both audiology and speech-language pathology. Her experience includes comprehensive hearing evaluations, Auditory Processing Disorder assessments, auditory training, hearing aids, and a wide range of hearing-related services. Flavia Fenstermaker holds a degree in Social Communication and is a Clinical Psychoanalyst, Postgraduate Specialist in Psychoanalysis and Autism, Public Speaker, Ph.D. Candidate in Humanistic Psychoanalysis, Autism Coach, and Positive Parenting Coach. She is also a member of the American Association of Portuguese-Speaking Psychoanalysts (AAPSP).
Flavia is the mother of an autistic teenager (N1) support, and her personal journey has profoundly shaped her professional mission of supporting autistic individuals and their families.
She is the founder of two support groups for Brazilian mothers of autistic children living abroad: Juntas pelo TEA | Katy and Juntas pelo TEA | Sem Fronteiras, creating spaces for connection, guidance, emotional support, and shared experiences so that no mother has to walk this journey alone.

Claudine provides Life Coaching services for children, parents, and adults, with a particular focus on ADHD, emotional and behavioral regulation, parenting challenges, communication, personal development, and life transitions. Her approach combines practical, goal-oriented strategies with a humanistic and systemic perspective, recognizing the importance of relationships, family dynamics, and environment in individual growth and everyday functioning.
Her professional experience in the U.S. includes nearly two years of direct and supervisory work with children and families within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This experience strengthened her skills in behavioral observation, emotional and behavioral regulation, parent guidance, communication, and structured skill development.

I also collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and families to promote consistency and meaningful progress across therapeutic settings.
