Vanessa Messias is the founder of Ear Brain Integration in the United States and has also owned and operated a clinic in Brazil since 2008. She holds a Doctorate in Audiology and is also a Speech-Language Pathologist, licensed to practice in both Brazil and the United States. Vanessa is an entrepreneur with expertise in the clinical management of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology centers.
With extensive professional experience, Vanessa Messias is committed to providing innovative, evidence-based, and up-to-date intervention approaches while supporting both families and healthcare professionals. Throughout her career, she has worked with children, adults, and seniors with a wide range of conditions and diagnoses involving hearing difficulties, learning challenges, communication disorders, social interaction, and language development.
Vanessa is deeply passionate about her profession and brings extensive expertise in both audiology and speech-language pathology. Her experience includes comprehensive hearing evaluations, Auditory Processing Disorder assessments, auditory training, hearing aids, and a wide range of hearing-related services. She also provides neuro-auditory stimulation programs, including the Tomatis® Method.
Her passion for Speech-Language Pathology is also reflected in her work with speech, language, oral motor skills, communication, and learning development.

She specializes in special education and emotional and behavioral disorders. In addition to teaching at the university level, Dulce provides educational consulting and professional development for future educators.

Marcelo Messias is a civil engineer with extensive experience leading and coordinating both small and large teams. He also has expertise in the U.S. investment sector.
At Ear Brain Integration, Marcelo serves as Managing Director, overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations and the execution of its business strategy. He is responsible for supervising the overall organizational structure, ensuring operational efficiency, and making key strategic decisions that support both short- and long-term growth.
Marcelo has always been passionate about helping others and working closely with families, bringing a people-centered approach to his leadership and professional career.

Amea Isom is a Special Education Consultant who specializes in Autism, Dyslexia, and Executive Function Skills, with 19 years of dedicated experience supporting diverse learners. She holds a Master’s Degree in Cross-Categorical Special Education and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading. Throughout her career, Amea has devoted herself to empowering neurodivergent students and their families through inclusive practices, individualized support, and compassionate guidance. Her guiding motto is: “All students are capable of success… No exceptions!”

Flavia Fenstermaker holds a degree in Social Communication and is a Clinical Psychoanalyst, Postgraduate Specialist in Psychoanalysis and Autism, Public Speaker, Ph.D. Candidate in Humanistic Psychoanalysis, Autism Coach, and Positive Parenting Coach. She is also a member of the American Association of Portuguese-Speaking Psychoanalysts (AAPSP).
Flavia is the mother of an autistic teenager (N1) support, and her personal journey has profoundly shaped her professional mission of supporting autistic individuals and their families.
She is the founder of two support groups for Brazilian mothers of autistic children living abroad: Juntas pelo TEA | Katy and Juntas pelo TEA | Sem Fronteiras, creating spaces for connection, guidance, emotional support, and shared experiences so that no mother has to walk this journey alone.

Claudine Varejao is a Certified Life Coach (IAP, USA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling at Lamar University.
Claudine provides Life Coaching services for children, parents, and adults, with a particular focus on ADHD, emotional and behavioral regulation, parenting challenges, communication, personal development, and life transitions. Her approach combines practical, goal-oriented strategies with a humanistic and systemic perspective, recognizing the importance of relationships, family dynamics, and environment in individual growth and everyday functioning.
Her professional experience in the U.S. includes nearly two years of direct and supervisory work with children and families within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This experience strengthened her skills in behavioral observation, emotional and behavioral regulation, parent guidance, communication, and structured skill development.
As a Life Coach, Claudine offers a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can increase self-awareness, identify meaningful goals, strengthen relationships, and develop practical skills for everyday life.
Life coaching services are not psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for licensed mental health care. Claudine does not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment in her role as a Life Coach. Clients whose needs fall outside the scope of coaching will be referred to an appropriate licensed professional.

My name is Alexis Artis, and I am a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist from Virginia, currently based in Houston, TX. I have a passion for traveling, staying active, and creating fun, supportive spaces where everyone feels safe and empowered to grow.
I am the owner of Esther Speaks Speech Therapy, PLLC, a speech therapy contracting company and private practice specializing in language, fluency, pragmatics, and articulation disorders. We proudly serve clients of all ages, helping them reach their fullest communication potential.
At Ear Brain Integration, I work as a Speech-Language Supervisor, where I provide clinical supervision and support to speech-language pathologists and therapy staff. My responsibilities include guiding clinicians in developing individualized treatment plans, reviewing clinical documentation and treatment progress, providing feedback and mentorship, supporting evidence-based clinical practices, and helping ensure high-quality, ethical, and client-centered services. I also collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and families to promote consistency and meaningful progress across therapeutic settings.
