With extensive experience, Vanessa Messias seeks to promoteupdated and differentiated intervention methods, supporting familiesand professionals. During her professional journey, she has sought tohelp children, adults and elderly people with different pathologiesand diagnoses who present difficulties with hearing, learning,communication, social interaction and languages.
Vanessa Messias loves her profession and demonstrates expertise inthe areas of audiology and speech. Vanessa Messias has extensiveexperience in hearing assessment, auditory processing disorders,auditory training, hearing aids, among other hearing services. Marcelo Messias is a civil engineer with extensive experience incoordinating small and large groups of employees. He also hasexpertise in the area of investments in the US. At Ear BrainIntegration, Marcelo works as the Managing Director (MD). He isresponsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of thebusiness strategy, overseeing the entire structure and making long-and short-term strategic decisions. Marcelo has always beenpassionate about helping people and working with families.

Amea Isom is a Special Education Consultant who specializes in Autism, Dyslexia, and Executive Function Skills, with 19 years of dedicated experience supporting diverse learners. She holds a Master’s Degree in Cross-Categorical Special Education and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading. Throughout her career, Amea has devoted herself to empowering neurodivergent students and their families through inclusive practices, individualized support, and compassionate guidance. Her guiding motto is: “All students are capable of success… No exceptions!”
